1. Chemical Testing & Formulation
Off-the-shelf materials force a compromise. We eliminate that compromise through custom formulation. Our chemists manipulate the prepolymer backbone and curative selection to target exact mechanical properties.
- Durometer Control: From gel-like softness (Shore 10A) to structural plastics (Shore 85D).
- Thermal Resilience: Formulations that maintain flexibility in sub-zero environments or resist degradation up to 130°C.

The Scale-Up Guarantee
What we achieve in the lab, we replicate on the floor. Our scale-up process utilizes automated meter-mix dispensing systems to guarantee stoichiometric accuracy, ensuring the final ton of material behaves exactly like the first gram.
