1. Chemical Testing & Formulation

Off-the-shelf materials force a compromise. We eliminate that compromise through custom formulation. Our chemists manipulate the prepolymer backbone and curative selection to target exact mechanical properties.

  • Durometer Control: From gel-like softness (Shore 10A) to structural plastics (Shore 85D).
  • Thermal Resilience: Formulations that maintain flexibility in sub-zero environments or resist degradation up to 130°C.
  • Chemical Resistance: Tuning the polymer matrix to resist specific solvents, acids, or hydrocarbons present in your operational environment.

2. Prototyping & Trials

A formula is only as good as its real-world performance. We employ rapid prototyping techniques to validate designs before committing to costly production tooling.

  • 3D printed master patterns for quick mould turnaround.
  • Small-batch bench mixing for physical property verification (tensile strength, tear resistance, elongation).

The Scale-Up Guarantee

What we achieve in the lab, we replicate on the floor. Our scale-up process utilizes automated meter-mix dispensing systems to guarantee stoichiometric accuracy, ensuring the final ton of material behaves exactly like the first gram.

Our manufacturing floor is designed for flexibility. Whether you need five specialized wear plates or ten thousand cast rollers, our production infrastructure adapts to volume without sacrificing precision.

  • Hot Cast Polyurethanes: Precision oven curing for optimal cross-linking and maximum physical properties.
  • Plural Component Spray: Mobile rigs capable of deploying high-volume polyurea membranes for structural encapsulation.
  • Quality Assurance: Batch tracking, retention samples, and continuous durometer testing ensure compliance with ISO standards.
