Novacast™ elastomer systems use advanced combinations of isocyanates, polyols, and curatives, together with low-free-monomer prepolymer technology, to ensure safety, consistency, and high performance. Heavy-duty elastomers are specifically engineered to withstand high mechanical stress, impact, wear, and harsh environments — effectively replacing traditional solutions such as rubber and metal, improving wear resistance, reducing maintenance and extending service life.
